29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment for voltage, current, wattage and other ratings as necessary.  in the alternative: 19CFR 1910.145(f)(7) Warning tags were not used to represent a hazard and level between "Caution" and "Danger, instead of the required "Caution" tag, provided that they have a signal word of "Warning," an appropriate major message, and otherwise meet the major tag criteria of paragraph (f)(4) of this section.   On or about November 8, 2016, and in times prior thereto, 120/240 volt electrical panel did not have an ARC FLASH warning label posted on it.  The panel was located in the production area and exposed workers to the hazard of electrical burns in the event of an electrical short.
