29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: (a) Frank Roofing at 4055 S. Poplar Way, Denver, CO 80237: On and before November 8, 2016, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees conducting roofing work where adequately protected against falls. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet off a 6/12 pitch roof.
