29 CFR 1910.146(d)(4)(iv): Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer did not provide personal protective equipment in so far as feasible engineering and work practice controls did not adequately protect employees: (a) Men In Black, Big Bug Area - employees were exposed to a fall while inspecting the ride, in that, they were using the metal studs to stand and walk on as they manuevered through the area. Fall protection was not used in the permit required confined space area.
