29 CFR 1910.36(g)(4): Objects that projected into the exit route reduced the width of the exit route to less than the 28 inches minimum width requirements for exit routes: a) Armani Exchange: Aisles were found obstructed by boxes placed in the hallway, limiting a path of egress to approximately 16 inches, which was observed on 11/09/2016. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
