29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: Northcentral Construction Corporation project site located at 700 N. 8th St. Sheboygan, WI: On November 3, 2016, an employee was exposed to falls while working from a 7' step ladder while standing with one foot on the top step and one foot on the head of the ladder. Northcentral Construction Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962511, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/18/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1380 Schuering Rd. De Pere, WI 54115.
