29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about November 5, 2016 for employees exposed to potential fall hazards of approximately 9-14 feet while installing roofing materials on a 3x12 pitch roof at or near 807 North Sixth Street in Bismarck, ND. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1147730, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as final order on June 15th, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 614 West Rosser Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota.
