29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):     Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut.      (a) The employer is failing to protect employees when working in the CNC area of the plant. This was most recently documented on November 9, 2016 at worksite 1650 W Jackson, Ozark Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious injuries to their hands and fingers, in that the employer did not ensure that the  Powermatic brand table saw  was provided with an adjustable hood guard that fully enclosed the saw blade above the table and the material being cut.      (b) The employer is failing to protect employees when working in the CNC area of the plant. This was most recently documented on November 9, 2016 at worksite 1650 W Jackson, Ozark Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious injuries to their hands and fingers, in that the employer did not ensure that the DeWalt model DW745 brand table saw  was provided with an adjustable hood guard that fully enclosed the saw blade above the table and the material being cut.        Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.

This was most recently documented on November 9, 2016 at worksite 1650 W Jackson, Ozark Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious injuries to their hands and fingers, in that the employer did not ensure that the Powermatic brand table saw    was provided with a spreader device to prevent material from squeezing the saw blade or from throwing material back at the operator. Employees were exposed to serious injuries to their hands and fingers, in that the employer did not ensure that the Powermatic brand table saw  was provided with an Anti Kick-Back Device to prevent materials from being thrust and thrown back at the operator.
