West Park FL, 33023, the employer did not implement a written hazard communication program for employees who are exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Chemtrol 221 (Sodium Duodecil Sulfononate, irritant to eyes and skin); Chemtrol 312 and 401 (Sodium Hydroxide, irritant to eyes and skin) while handling cleaners and soaps that were used during the de-burring and/or polishing operations.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about November 10th 2016, at the worksite located at 2320 SW 56th Ter. West Park FL, 33023, the employer did not provide effective training to employees on the hazards associated with the chemicals they worked with or the information in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to, Chemtrol 221 (Sodium Duodecil Sulfononate, irritant to eyes and skin); Chemtrol 312 and 401 (Sodium Hydroxide, irritant to eyes and skin) while handling cleaners and soaps that were used during the de-burring and/or polishing operations.
