29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: (a) Facility, 315 Valley View Drive, Davidsville, PA: On or about November 8, 2016 the emergency lighting above the exit sign on the south door was not operable and would not provide a reliable light source of at least five foot-candles to illuminate the sign in the event of an emergency.
