29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: (a) Walter Construction at 8208 Lehigh Drive, Denver, CO 80237: On or before 11/10/16, the employer did not insure that employees were protected from fall hazards while roofing a single family ranch-style house. The employees were tearing off shingles without the use of fall protection. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
