In the event that an employee would be drawn into the chipper rollers, the control handle located 5 feet way could not be reached. Another form of guarding or control such as a stop bar or extending the distance to the rollers by lengthening the back metal tray is needed to comply.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
