The employer did not institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program: a) Atlanta Industrial Packaging, Inc. dba Reid Manufacturing, Norcross, GA - An employees assembling wood boxes using nail guns was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted average (TWA) of 93.7 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. A noise training program was not instituted, on or about 11/15/16. b) Atlanta Industrial Packaging, Inc. dba Reid Manufacturing, Norcross, GA - An employee assembling wood boxes using nail guns was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted average (TWA) of 93.4 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA. A noise training program was not instituted, on or about 11/15/16. c) Atlanta Industrial Packaging, Inc. dba Reid Manufacturing, Norcross, GA - An employee assembling wood boxes using nail guns was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted average (TWA) of 93.2 dBA, which exceeded the action level of 85 dBA.
