29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a. Third Floor Curing Oven - On or about November 14, 2016, a relocatable power tap was plugged into an extension cord and permanently mounted to the side of the curing oven. The UL listing 1363 requires relocatable power taps be plugged directly into an outlet receptacle and that physical mounting of the device shall not require the use of tools to remove it.
