29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970: a) For the 1800 Model National Crane used during the accident on 11/07/2016, as observed on or about 11/15/2016, a portable, mounted fire extinguisher was not maintained/serviced on at least an annual basis. The last maintenance date for the extinguisher was February, 2015.
