29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about November 10, 2016 at the above addressed jobsite employees were working on the roof of an existing commercial building, without utilizing fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
