29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(i): Before work subject to this standard in areas containing ACM and PACM was begun, the employer did not identify the presence, location, and quantity of ACM, and/or PACM therein pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section: 1) On or about November 4, 2016, employees disturbed and removed asbestos sprayed on acoustical ceiling material in a house built prior to 1980. The employer had not determined the presence, location, and quantity of presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) prior to the start of the job.
