29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed:    On or about 11/14/16 throughout the plant; the employer allowed his employee to do high-voltage electric work such as    trouble shooting in live electrical panels and cabinets, work on 110,240 and 480 volts electrical equipment, checking fuses, and replacing flexible conduit without being provided with and not wearing electrical protective equipment; thus exposing his employee to potential electrical burns, arc flashing and shock.
