29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about November 14th, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to an approximate 20-feet fall while working from a second story roof. REPEAT: CURRIER ROOFING CO INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.501(B)(11) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1019877, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 18, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 8536 BAYVIEW CROSSING DRIVE WINTER GARDEN, FL 34778.
