29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a)  Throughout facility: On and before November 14, 2016, the employer did not provide a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals during the course of work operations. Chemicals include but are not limited to: automotive fuels, lubricants, fertilizers (Sulfate of potash, 11-52-0 ammonium phosphate, ammonium sulfate, ultra fine AG, root feed II and urea fertilizer 46-0-0), and pesticide soil fumigants (containing: methyl bromide, chloropicrin, metam sodium, metam potassium, dazomet).
