29 CFR 1910.110(f)(4)(i): The quantity of LP-Gas stored within a building exceeded 300 pounds (approximately 2,550 cubic feet in vapor form). Warehouse Area - On or about November 15, 2016, the amount of liquefied petroleum gas (Butane) stored in the warehouse on a daily basis exceeded 300 pounds. Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(i)(a): Storage outside of buildings, for containers awaiting use or resale, shall be located in accordance with Table H-33 with respect to the nearest important building or group of buildings: Outside Storage Area - On or about November 15, 2016 the employer had more than 10,000 lbs. of liquefied petroleum gas (Butane) stored in two large outside storage containers that were located directly next to the warehouse building. A minimum distance of 25 feet was not maintained between the outside storage containers and the building where employees worked. Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
