29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): (a) Jobsite, Route 228, Mars, PA: On or about November 10, 2016 the working level of the scaffold approximately 19 1/2 feet above the ground was not fully planked or decked between the uprights. An employee was kneeling on two planks that composed the working level exposing them to a potential fall hazard.
