29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) RM Commercial Contractors, LLC at 1558 N. Lowell Blvd., Denver, CO 80204: On and before November 15, 2016, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees performing roofing work were protected against falls by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were tearing off shingles without the use of fall protection. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet off an approximately 6/12 pitch roof.
