29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(7)(iv): The employer did not provide to all employees who perform housekeeping work in areas where ACM and/or PACM is present, an asbestos awareness training course covering the health effects of asbestos; and/or locations of ACM and/or recognition of ACM and PACM damage and deterioration and/or requirements in this standard related to housekeeping, and/or proper response to fiber release episodes: (a) On or about November 9, 2016, at work site at 87-28 109th Street, Richmond Hill, NY 11418 Employees who were assigned to perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning and garbage removal in areas throughout the building where asbestos-containing and presumed asbestos-containing materials, including pipe insulation and floor tile, were located, had not received asbestos awareness training. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
