29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed: (a) S&W Metal Products 441County Line Road Gilbertville, Pa- The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and did not prepare a written certification that the workplace hazard assessment had been completed, on or about November 15, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
