29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location: (a) Antero Kelly Pad, Pennsboro, WV: On or about November 11, 2016 a 115 volt 25 Amp Alltite Hydraulic Pump was operated in the substructure of a natural gas drilling rig and the equipment was not intrinsically safe for use in a hazardous location.
