29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: On or about November 15th, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working out of a Genie boom lift at a height of approximately 9 feet above the ground below and the employer had not provided training to the employees on the nature of scaffold hazards, correct procedures for operating the scaffold, the design criteria and the intended use of the scaffold.
