On the north side of residential building, employees engaged in roofing activities without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet to the lower level.

On the north side of the work site, employees engaged in roofing activities used pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing eye and face protection exposing employees to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.
