29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) On or before July 27th, 2016, Allan J Construction LLC at 4003 S Quince St, Denver, CO 80237, did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards, in that four employees were removing and installing shingles on a two-story residence, with a roof pitch of approximately 5-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system. The employees were not wearing fall harnesses nor connected to anchor points installed on the roof. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 16 feet.
