This violation occurred on or about November 14, 2016 and at times prior to when employees pouring polymer into buckets were exposed to eye irritants.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): The employer did not ensure that the storage of material did not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse. This violation occurred on or about November 14, 2016 and at times prior to when employees working in the warehouse area were exposed to being struck by falling material such as but not limited rolls of insulation that are unsecured when stacked approximately 12 feet high.
