This was most recently documented on or about November 16, 2016 at 223 Railroad Street Scribner, Nebraska.  The employer is failing to remove the Nissan 50 LP forklift from service when needing repair.  The repair required to be performed to the forklift was that the gas pedal on the forklift was not equipped with a slip resistant surface.

This was most recently documented on November 16, 2016 at Scribner Grain & Lbr. CO. Inc. 223 Railroad Street Scribner, Nebraska.  The employer failed to ensure that the upper areas of the feed mill such as but not limited to the area above the control room.  This area was not cleaned at a frequency that reduced the accumulation of fugitive grain dust in accordance with this subpart.
