Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: On 11/17/2016, Mother Earth Pillows LLC had not ensured electrical listed or labeled equipment was used or installed in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. The facility had metallic electrical boxes with punch out/knock outs used as drop pendants. These electrical boxes were not designed or approved to be used as a drop pendant electrical receptacle box.
