Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by the load should the lifting devices fail:    a) Bullard Department, on or about 11/17/16: H-4 1/8 Ton Overhead Yale Hoist had not been inspected on a frequent and periodic basis.      b) Planer Department, on or about 11/17/16: M-3 1/2 Ton Overhead Wright- Way Hoist had not been inspected on a frequent and periodic basis.        c) Vertical Department, on or about 11/17/16: M-6 1/8 Ton Yale Hoist had not been inspected on a frequent and periodic basis.
