29 CFR 1926.1101(d)(5): As supervisor of the entire project, the general contractor did not ascertain whether the asbestos contractor was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require such contractor to come into compliance with this standard: a) Wilber Hall at State University of New York at Oswego, on or about 11/15/16: The site supervisor for Massa Construction, The General Contractor, did not ascertain whether the asbestos abatement company Flower City Monitor Services was in compliance with the asbestos standard with regard to exposure monitoring. The Supervisor had no training in the provisions of the asbestos standard 29 CFR 1926.1101. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
