29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about November 17, 2016, at the above addressed site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 26 feet when performing metal framing work from the roof of a structure while not being protected from falling to the lower level. Allied Construction FL, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 437332, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/29/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4250 State Road 7, Coconut Creek, Florida.
