29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw:     Construction site, front of residential home: On or about November 17, 2016, employees were exposed to amputation hazards, when using a Makita Model 5007F hand held circular saw, with a wood shim wedged into the guard, keeping the guard in the open position, while cutting the siding.
