29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. Battery Charging Area/Wall Mounted Eye Wash Unit - On or about November 21, 2016, the employer required employees to ensure weekly charging of power industrial vehicle's batteries and the gravity - fed eye wash station was not inspected since 9/2013. Employees were potentially exposed to the eye hazards such as irritations, burns, cornea damage, and blindness.

29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) or passageway(s) were not kept in good repair: a. Warehouse and Storage Areas - On or about November 21, 2016, the employer's floors were not kept in good repairs for pedestrians and powered industrial vehicles were required to do warehouse operations. Employees were thereby exposed to struck by hazards. These areas were the following; 1. Corner between Battery Charging Area and Main Aisle - the floor markings were not visible. 2. Corner between Employee waiting Area and Bulleting Board (Safety Rule's) Area - the floor markings were not visible.
