Employees of P. Claudio Construction performing framing work at elevations of 6 feet or more above ground are not protected from fall hazards by the use of a personal fall arrest system.  The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on October 14, 2016, when 3 employees doing roof sheathing and framing work on a residential home at 1661 Atlantic Beach Dr., Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of 20 and 10 feet from the leading edge of the building.  The predecessor of JJF Construction Services LLC, Justin Construction Company, Inc., previously committed a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967350, citation 01, item 01, issued on August 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace at 82 Wayside Ln., Jacksonville, FL, 32256.  The final order date was October 2, 2014.
