29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a.  Employees of P. Claudio Construction performing framing work at elevations of 6 feet or more above ground are not protected from fall hazards by the use of a personal fall arrest system.  The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on October 14, 2016, when 3 employees doing roof sheathing and framing work on a residential home at 1661 Atlantic Beach Dr., Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of 20 and 10 feet from the leading edge of the building.  The predecessor of JJF Construction Services LLC, Justin Construction Company, Inc., previously committed a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967350, citation 01, item 01, issued on August 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace at 82 Wayside Ln., Jacksonville, FL, 32256.  The final order date was October 2, 2014.    The predecessor of JJF Construction Services LLC, Justin Construction Company, Inc., previously committed a willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962947, citation 02, item 01, issued on August 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace at 748 W. Kings College Dr., Saint Johns, FL, 32259.  The final order date was October 2, 2014.    The predecessor of JJF Construction Services LLC, Justin Construction Company, Inc., previously committed a willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960575, citation 01, item 01, issued on August 21, 2014, with respect to a workplace at 107 14th Ave. N, Jacksonville Beach, FL, 32250.  The final order date was October 2, 2014.    The predecessor of JJF Construction Services LLC, Justin Construction Company, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943950, citation 01, item 02, issued on November 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 4728 Plantation Oaks Blvd, Lot 155, Orange Park, FL, 32065.  The final order date was January 28, 2014.    The predecessor of JJF Construction Services LLC, Justin Construction Company, Inc., previously committed a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) on August 6, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 130 Auburndale Dr., Jacksonville, FL, 32204, contained in OSHA inspection number 926334, citation 01, item 01.  The final order date was October 9, 2013.    The predecessor of JJF Construction Services LLC, Justin Construction Company, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 912450, citation 01, item 02, issued on June 24, 2013, with respect to a workplace at 12775 Oxford Crossing, Jacksonville, FL, 32224.
