29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Site: 131 32nd Street Brooklyn, NY 11232 On or about 11/16/2016 a) Employees were not protected from a fall hazard when working on the 5th floor deck. No guardrails were installed along the leading edges. The height to the lower level was approximately 40 feet.
