29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    (a) On or about November 14, 2016 the employer did not ensure that foil press operators utilize written energy control procedures while routinely cleaning the foil press machines, exposing foil press operators to hazards associated with the unexpected release of hazardous energy;  (b) On or about February 15, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that maintenance employees utilize written energy control procedures while repairing foil press machines, exposing mechanics to hazards associated with the unexpected release of hazardous energy.
