This most recently occurred on November 8, 2016 on the jobsite located at 4124 153rd St, Omaha, NE 68116. Two employees were observed using pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection while installing roofing material.

This most recently occurred on November 8, 2016 on the jobsite located at 4124 153rd St, Omaha, NE 68116. Employees were observed reroofing the residence on a 10 in 12 steep sloped roof at heights of approximately 12.5 feet above the ground. Servando Romero was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 934270, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 10506 S 168th Street, Omaha, NE 68116.
