29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not maintain a Safety Program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a Competent Person designated by the employer: a) 2249 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison, NJ 08817. The employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite in that employees were allowed to work on and from the roof of a single story building doing rip and tear roofing work along with the installation of new plywood roofing materials with no fall protection systems in place exposing the employees to fall hazards. Occurred on 11/14/16.
