29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a. Department 42 frozen meals - at the operator area at the west and east side of the production frozen meal line, an unguarded chain exposed employees to caught-in hazards. Violation observed on or about 11/16/16. b. Department 48 MRR's- at the line in-feed area, an unguarded chain below the conveyor exposed employees to caught-in hazards. Violation observed on or about 12/16/16.
