29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "EXIT": a) In the warehouse: On or about November 17, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to related hazards, in that an EXIT sign was not posted above a pedestrian door on the dock side, as employees passed by during normal work activities. Interstate Paper LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950359, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 4, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at2366 Interstate Rd., Riceboro, GA 31323.
