29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) On or about November 22, 2016 the chain and sprockets at the end of the screw sizer on the second floor mezzanine were not enclosed to prevent employee exposure to the nip point hazard. b) On or about November 22, 2016 the end chain and sprocket at the end of the grader conveyor on the second floor mezzanine were not enclosed to prevent employee exposure to the nip point hazard. c) On or about November 22, 2016 the chain and sprocket underneath the conveyor feeding the grading line was not enclosed to prevent employee exposure to the nip point hazard. d) On or about November 22, 2016 the chain and sprocket on the side of the wash bin on the second floor mezzanine was not covered to prevent employee exposure to the nip point hazard. e) On or about November 22, 2016 the chain and sprocket powering the potato conveyor feeding the turn table was not fully enclosed to prevent employee exposure to the nip point hazard. f) On or about November 22, 2016 the chain and sprocket powering the right turn table was not enclosed to prevent employee exposure to the nip point hazard. g) On or about November 22, 2016 the chain and sprocket powering the left turn table was not enclosed to prevent employee exposure to the nip point hazard.
