29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10): The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained.    a) Jobsite: Lower level loading dock, back room storage area, racking system - The stored material, including the racking shelves, interfered with the sprinkler discharge pattern as they were spaced between 12 and 15 inches from the sprinklers.     Observed on or about 11/21/16.
