On or about November 17, 2016, on the southeast corner of the 9th floor of The Standard construction project, 3 window installation employees sweeping debris and setting window frames were exposed to an 85 feet fall hazard from the edge of the floor to the sidewalk below.

On or about November 17, 2016, on the edge of the southeast corner of the 9th floor at The Standard construction project, an employee stood on the top step of the 6 feet high Werner fiberglass stepladder, exposed to an 90 feet fall hazard from the unprotected edge.
