29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):  Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level shall be protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.  (a)WMG Construction, LLC at 48198 215th St., Elkton SD, 57026:  On and prior to October 28th, 2016, the employer did not ensure each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was 15 feet or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were installing metal roof panels without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet.
