29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a)WMG Construction, LLC  at 2420 North Bakker Landing Avenue in Tea, SD 57064: On or about and at times prior to January 8, 2021, the exposing employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program to include regular inspections of the job-site, materials and equipment; conducted by a competent person.  Employees performed framing activities at heights greater than six feet above a lower level without utilizing appropriate fall protection systems and employees were not provided an adequate means of access/egress from the work area which also exposed employees to fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet.
