29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(2): An initial determination was not made to determine if any employee may be exposed to lead at or above the action level:  a) Shooting Range; On or about November 22, 2016, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to toxins in that employees were required to empty the Pulse-Bac HEPA vacuum (Model PB-1050H, SN 5651364) used to collect excess lead particulate from the shooting range floors without determining if employees were exposed to lead at or above the action level.

29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025:   a) Shooting Range; On or about November 22, 2016, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to toxins in that the employer did not provide training specific to the hazards of lead to all employees exposed to lead while emptying the Pulse-Bac HEPA vacuum (Model PB-1050H, SN 5651364) used to collect excess lead particulate from the shooting range floors.
