29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 19473 Thompson Hall Rd. Fairhope, Alabama: On or about November 22, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while standing on top of framed walls without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 10 feet 1 inch to the concrete floor below. b) At 19473 Thompson Hall Rd. Fairhope, Alabama: On or about November 22, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities while standing on a chicken board without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 17 feet 6 inch to the concrete floor below.
